As cited in the blockbuster film Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Hitler was obsessed with the occult. He was also obsessed with sea monsters. He put Admiral Rolf Von Rotterdam in charge of sea monster research and technology. The other guy is Admiral Irwin Gahagan Douglas. He was the losingest Admiral in the civil war. So the President of the Confederacy, Jefferson Davis, assigned him to Sea Monster research. It is unclear as to why he is wearing a Union uniform in this bust of him- or why his innards are showing.
