Thanks Ian. Since the scanner hasnt been working, Ive been photographing the pictures, and certain parts of the picture arent always in focus, creating that great effect.
Thanks Jeff. I have absolutely no connection to Maine, never been there in my life- but I find the imagery stark and fascinating in a mid twentieth century kind of way. Actually, now that I think about it- my grandfather was born in Maine.

really awesome use of perspective, again i don't know if the blurriness at the bottom is from the scanner, but it looks like a photograph.
